• Who is behind the site

  The njegostomic.com site is run by T│Fab Njegoš Tomić s.p., Njegoš Tomić's company, ID number 4512864640007, Podorugla 1, 70260 Mrkonjić Grad. T│Fab is the controller of the personal data the site collects. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

• What data the site collects

  When you send the contact form, I receive your name, your email address and your message. The message is delivered to my mailbox by the EmailJS service (EmailJS Pte. Ltd., Singapore, with servers in the USA), and you receive an automatic confirmation. I use the data only to reply to you and to arrange the job. The site and its database are hosted on Namecheap servers in the USA, and the server keeps an ordinary access log, the kind every web server keeps.

• Cookies and local storage

  The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner either. The only cookie the site sets itself remembers your chosen language, for one year, and only once you switch languages. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie while it checks that a request is not an attack.

• Visitor statistics

  The site keeps anonymous statistics without cookies: which page was opened, which site you came from, the name of your browser and operating system, the kind of device, your country and browser language, how far you read and how long the page was open. Visitors are counted with a code computed on my server from the IP address, the browser signature and a secret that changes every day. The secret is deleted after two days, after which the records can no longer be linked to you or to each other. The IP address itself is never stored.

• How long I keep your data

  I keep messages from the contact form in my mailbox as a record of our correspondence and of the work we agree on, with no fixed deletion date. I delete them whenever you ask, except for data the law requires me to keep, such as the details on an issued invoice.

• Your rights

  You may ask to see the data that relates to you, to have it corrected or deleted, and you may object to its processing. Send the request to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
